3. Open/Run (double click) the downloaded program.
   Check your Downloads folder to locate the file.
4. The program will now open and show a 9-digit code.
   Give the code to your IT support.

    After the session, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
